What exactly is “cardio”?

Now of course lifting a barbell is a form of weight training. But if you are lifting really heavy and hard then you are going to be giving your cardiovascular system a serious workout!
This simple but extremely intense workout will truly help you get an insane cardio workout in a really fun and exciting way. Now you tell me if you would rather go on the treadmill for hours on end?
