The truth is that far too many of us over think things when it comes to doing stuff that’s really important. In reality you will notice that regardless of how long you live, you are going to be dead soon!
I’ll be completely honest with you right now and say that there used to be a time where I just would think about things way too much and by the time I got around to doing them the opportunity had long passed me by! But now I take massive action.
You see while you may not believe it, the reality is that we all have a great deal of control on the things that we do. You need to appreciate this fact and embrace it for all it’s worth because that is the only way that you are going to carve the destiny you want.
You see back when I first decided that I wanted to lose the ugly fat around my belly and get into the best shape of my life… I came to a profound realization… that the people that are committed to seeing results are the only ones that ever see success!
Yes, it takes an incredible amount of hard work and effort to get into the best shape of your life, and the truth is to be successful in anything you are going to have to work hard at it.
So please if you are not yet a doer then you need to start working on becoming that sort of person. Slowly but surely get away from thinking way too much!
But don’t go to the extreme here. I’m not advocating that you should never think at all but make sure that it just doesn’t stop you from taking massive action.
Ultimately I am trying to tell you that you need to stop messing about making excuses all the time. That silly story about why you can’t do something is the result of you thinking far too much.
You see none of us can look into the future and be sure of how anything is going to work out, so why on earth worry about it. The only way to know the end result is to do something and see what happens. Yes, it can be a little hard to do something but believe me the more action you take the easier it will get.
Remember that we all have the ability to control what we do. So you can choose every action that you take.
This ability really is a gift, so you need to start doing more of the things that are going to help you achieve your six pack goals.
The attributes of fear and anxiety are literally twins that go together. But the difference is that those people that do are ones that accept these feelings for what they are, instead of becoming paralyzed by the them.
Of course not everything that you do is going to come out perfectly but you see you are still going to be ahead of the thinker who has just been sitting there doing nothing.
Truth be told, most of the decisions that you make are going to result in failure but that is completely okay. If you learn from every failure and keep on moving forward then you are going to be far ahead of the thinker who has been trying to think out every problem in advance.
A great example of a practical doer is a guy by the name of Lance Armstrong.
He has personally told people in interviews that winning involved a lot of ups and downs, but the only way to keep getting great results was to ignore the downs and only focusing on the successes.
Of course in spite of his scandals, he has done remarkably well. Some of his choices were good, and others not so good but at the end of the day he can be proud of the fact that he was a man of action.

- Follows his gut and intuition
- Get’s straight down to work
- Misses every great opportunity that comes across him
- Constantly tries to over plan things to the point where he feel paralyzed to do anything
- Constantly doubts the action he takes
Of course, being a doer by itself isn’t going to result in you becoming a success overnight, but when it comes to getting the six pack of your dreams I can be sure to say that you are going to have a much better chance of realizing your dreams if you are a doer!
You can search the whole globe and you will never find a person who has got a six pack by sitting there and thinking about it. Those that claim they have done it by thinking alone are just plain and utter liars!
Stop trying to find the perfect work out and nutrition plan and just grab any one with rave reviews and good success stories and then just go about getting results. There are millions of proven methods out there, all you need to do is pick out one and follow through on it.
You just need make a decision about exactly what you want to achieve and then get out there and take massive action every single day of your life until you see the results that you are after. Do this and believe me you will totally surprise yourself on what you have been able to achieve and getting a six pack will have been one of the easiest things that you’ve ever done!
